Health & Safety Guide

Departure dates for all our safaris are totally flexible according to your own personal needs. Please contact us for further and more detailed information on safaris, tours and travel packages into Tanzania.

Travel and game-viewing times depend on your Moshi or Arusha departure point, confirmed accommodation, road conditions and park arrangements. The times shown are approximate estimates only. The final itinerary and properties are confirmed in your written quotation.

Maasai village visits are optional and arranged subject to available time and local arrangements. Any additional cost is confirmed in your quotation.

Lodge, tented-camp and camping choices are reference examples only, subject to confirmation and availability. The property confirmed for each overnight area is stated in your written quotation.

Historical reference prices — 2022/23. All prices are subject to change if Tanzania National Park entry fees or government tax and/or VAT rates change. Request a current quotation for your dates, departure point and accommodation.

Historical tipping guidance from the 2022/23 source suggested around USD 20–30 per day for the driver and USD 15–25 per day for the assistant/chef. These figures are historical guidance only, not mandatory charges or confirmed current recommendations.

Lodge concession fees may apply and are excluded unless the written quotation states otherwise. The current quotation will identify all included and excluded fees — we do not advertise an ambiguous all-inclusive price.
